In September 2009 Joel recieved a phone call from a reporter at the Sun Newspaper. Having scoured the whole country they had decided that Joel was the perfect person to be invited to their film studios in central London to record this spoof video.

Less than a week before Elton John had expressed an interest in adopting a Ukranian boy whilst visiting an orphanage there.
This toddlers name was "Lev" and so Eltons hit record "I Want Love" was the ideal platform for a comedy spoof of the song as "I Want Lev".
